Publisher's Summary
In the resplendence of William the Conqueror's London court, the lovely Saxon captive, Nicholaa, was forced to choose a husband from the assembled Norman nobles. She chose Royce, a baron warrior whose fierce demeanor could not conceal his chivalrous and tender heart. Ferocious in battle, seasoned in passion, Royce was surprised by the depth of his emotion whenever he caressed his charming bride.

bad narrator
the narrator's voice is very annoying, I couldn't get through chapter one! I think the story may be great but couldn't listen to any more.
I really enjoyed Julie Garwoods last book so I just jumped straight into another, Anne Flosnick reads so many more of Julie Garwoods books. So disappointing.
