Interesting stuff
The information in this book is great. One problem is not all of the stuff the narrator talks about is actually included in the download as he says it should be. All the recipes are there, but none of the tables he mentions. Fix this and the book is all 5 stars.

So repetitive thought I'd scream !!
Seriously you don't need to say things 20 times, book needs a good edit and reorg.
And no pdf providing the regime, structure and recipes, food information etc. EDIT I found the PDF so it goes to 4 stars
Put it on a fast speed to get through the endless repetition, that will make it a lot more bearable.

Very interesting but maybe a bit too technical
It's full of excellent info about keto and how it works. Possibly a bit too technical for a beginner, I dont really want to weigh and test in such a regimented way, but the food sounds delicious and healthy, and maybe this is the only way to get into ketosis properly, in which case I'll give it a go.
I will listen to some other books on the subject first and make an informed plan.

A bit repetitive but very worthwhile listening to
They certainly covered the topic whole heartedly, and I appreciate the level of detail. It felt a bit repetitive at times but I feel like that helped the huge amount of information sink in.

Way to Go- Smartly
Yes. The Kito diet works.
However, FIRST thing to do EVERYDAY is drink lemon water.
Lots of it. Which allows the liver to detox of the fats in your liver and pollutants. Next, celery juice. NOT heaps. It is high in sodium and you'll NOT feel headachy as it lasts a very long time. The more celery juice you drink the more you won't be dehydrated even in a desert.
No kidding. So remember to flush your fatty liver everyday - otherwise you'll be storing toxins. Do the lemon water AND the celery juice and you'll have Mental Clarity and be in a great psyiologocal, emotional, and even spiritual state of mind.

Terrible
I should have listened to the other negative reviews!
If you want to learn how to make 30 minutes of information take 9hrs to deliver than this book is for you. If you like listening to a nasally, whiney voice repeat itself over and over again and talk trash about every other diet and keto related book than this is for you. If you enjoy the feeling of wanting to gouge your own eyes out or go deaf to never have to hear that voice again - this is for you.
Unless the purpose of the book is to make the diet seem easy in contrast to listening to the book - no I probably wouldn’t recommend it.

Good Content, Poor Narration
I bought this to accompany the print version. I love the content in the book.
I wish the narrator kept a more consistent pace and used his tones more wisely, and less like an infomercial. I can't get through the audio.
