Excellent Book
Would you consider the audio edition of The Fast Diet to be better than the print version?
As I have not read the print version of this book I am unable to say wether the audio version is better. For me, as I am so busy, I listen to audiobooks while commuting or in the car.

I liked that the authors were also the narrators.

Very informative.
I am very interested in this diet, as it a way of life, not a forever "diet".
I'm trying to get pregnant so it is not recommended for me. But in the future I will do it for the overall health benefits.

Very useful!
This is a very useful book! Personally could have done without the stories from others at the end and would have loved to learn a bit more about the research and history behind the theory. But I will definitely give this method a try!

The Fast Diet - Easy listening
An inspiring diet book - explains the science and background without making outlandish claims.
The narration is east to listen to. Pleasant voices. If you want to know more about fasting - this is a good one.

a mix of brilliant and awful health advice
it gets some points for encouraging fasting but there's lots of stuff about avoiding saturated fat and losing weight too quickly being bad for you.
Both completely baseless claims with 0 scientific backing in the book or anywhere else.
Also lots of winging about how hard it is to fast more than a day. People should be encouraged to stop eating till they're lean. Then we wouldn't have all this physical and mental disease that we're plagued with in the west and we'd stop eating the planet to death.
