Exactly what it says
I really enjoyed this book. Punchy. Practical. Lots of great references for going deeper into particular subjects and research which underpin the recommended approaches. A great read and pilot’s manual for any leader.

Every coach needs to read this
Like most if us, I have listened to and read a lot if coaching books. This is short and to the point. Very accessible and does not get too bogged down in reiterating the point. A must read. Highly recommended.

Simple yet effective
I didn’t have high hopes as I’ve attending coaching courses before that were complex and cringy. Michael’s approach is simple and works well in real life applications. I am an advice giving monster and look forward on testing and adapting the questions to avoid owning everyone else’s problems
