Shouldn't be an audio book
More of a cookbook with a bit of pseudo science at the beginning. Don't buy.

This shouldn't be an audio book: its a recipe book

If you like the idea of someone reading you a recipe book, this book is for you.
This was very disappointing.
Any additional comments?
I wouldn't feel so cross if it had an accompanying pdf of all the receipes and meal plans but it doesnt.
