Yea! the follow up is a good as the first book
As I mentioned in my review of the first book, the premise is not new, but the writing is dead on fantastic. It's rough, tough, and at times blatant in your face but the girl's job is to kill demons so what should we expect, Mother Theresa? We find ourselves chasing a master Demon to Prague. I city I love. The relationship problems seem well written almost as though the author has had a few of them herself, (tongue thoroughly in check).
I really like how this author writes and I look forward to her third book put on Audible (HINT)!

Buffy! You're Back!
I haven't felt this jovial and excited since 1997. I was 13 years old and suddenly sassing my way through life with "Whedon Speak". Oh Deborah Wilde... you have brought that girl back out. I haven't enjoyed a book in such a "girl power" way for many years. I know the third book in this series will be released on audible soon but I couldn't wait. I had to have Nava now. Again.
And Hollie Jackson? Hello beautiful. You have brought Nava to life in a way I never expected. As I read my kindle version of the third book (since I have no patience) I am hearing only your voice. What a fantastic combination.
For those just tuning into this fantastic series... hold on to those hoo ha's of yours, okay? This is a sweet, sexy ride that I think has nestled itself quite comfortably into my new top 10 loves of all time.
Now excuse me while I finish the third book in the series and then cry spectacularly after - since I no doubt will have a tense wait for the next novel.
