A bit boring

This is a very short story and in my opinion rather boring. Compared to her other book which I listened to within two days it had so many hooks and twists whereas this was just felt boring and a bit of a reused story line. I expected a lot more. The reader had a lovely voice. Maybe my personal preference is for a good plot twist.

Confusing, Quickest Ending!

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The ending, as of much of a twist it is, it happens so quickly. April's character didn't feel developed enough for you to relate or even make her seem like a real character.

Would you recommend Saving April to your friends? Why or why not?

It's a great starter book, however not the best.

What about Sophie McShera’s performance did you like?

The voice over was brilliant. It was captivating and felt like the characters were really speaking.

Do you think Saving April needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Yes! We need to know what happened to April before and after the book. The book revolved around Hannah and Laura - April was kind of thrown in there.

Loved the plot twists in this book

I am new to Sarah A Denzel books. I only listened to The Silent Child because it was rated as one of the top audible books. But I loved it. So decided to listen to this book as well. I thought it was going to be the same as The Lost Child. As I was able to guess who was the villain was in that book. This time I didn't know. It was a surprise. And I loved that. It is well worth the money to get this book. I couldn't stop listening to it.
