Story
With the storm and the holidays leaving Hamish with nowhere else to go, Ren kindly offers a place to stay. Hamish is certain he’s crashed right into a Hallmark Christmas movie, despite more car delays and road closures and the prospect of not seeing his sister for Christmas. And with help from Hamish, Ren is beginning to feel a little Christmas cheer. These two unlikely strangers have more in common than they first realise, and after two days of Christmas decorations, cookies, and non-stop conversation, it looks like Christmas might be saved after all.

Story
I had everything — school quarterback, popular with girls, and my dad was proud of me. I told myself it didn’t matter no one knew the real me. And then I nearly died. Landon saved my life. He’s the bravest guy I know. He came out a few years ago, proud and fierce, and he ran into gunfire to help others. Me, I’m a mess. Can’t even stand to be in a room with the curtains open. But here’s the thing about losing it all: You get a chance to start over and be someone new.

It will be a relief to finally stop fighting. Mark spent his life trying to live up to the tough swagger of his older brothers until he pushed himself so far against his nature that he cracked.

Moving to London is scary and daunting, but I desperately need this job–and a redo. Okay, so I may have oversold my qualifications. That shouldn’t be a big deal, though. I mean, being an assistant’s assistant seems easy enough, and I’m a fast learner. Hold up! I’m already in over my head with spreadsheets, new pronunciations, and temperamental appliances.

Tyson Langley thinks the king in Franklin University Kings is in reference to him. Star lacrosse player and God’s gift to the female and male population, there’s nothing the spoiled jock can’t have. It’s impossible for us to be in the same room without talking crap to each other. But I also have a secret…as much as I despise Ty, I want him too. I revel in our banter and in never knowing what he’ll say next. I’ve spent too much time on the wrong side of the law for someone like Ty, though, and if I want to escape my past, he’s a distraction I don’t need.

Story
I’m the first one to tell you I have issues. Trust issues. Family issues. Probably a few others I haven’t discovered yet. Which is why I prefer to keep my life as simple and uncomplicated as possible. Until him. Blake McAdams barrels into my life and refuses to leave. He’s relentlessly optimistic, sexy as hell, annoyingly persistent, and…wants to be friends? Because…he thinks I’m interesting? Yeah, I’ll pass. Thanks. Only, somehow, we end up doing just that.
Publisher's Summary
Toby Kincaid loves being the junior librarian in his hometown of Sandy Lake, Ohio. He spends his days surrounded by books and chatting with the library patrons. He especially adores the head librarian, Mr. Miggles, who is kind, witty, knowledgeable about everything, and hopelessly addicted to Christmas. Sean Miggles is also pretty cute - especially for an older guy who wears ties and suit pants every day.
But Sean keeps himself at a distance, and there's a sadness about him that Toby can't figure out. When Sean is accused of a crime he didn't commit, he gives up without a fight. Toby realizes that he alone can save the library - and their head librarian.
Toby will need to uncover the darkness in Sean's past and prove to him that he deserves a second chance at life and at love too. And while Christmas miracles are being handed out, maybe Toby will get his own dearest wish - to love and be loved by Mr. Miggles.

All’s well that ends well!
Junior librarian Toby Kincaid has a cute older boss he gets on well with and a hot self-centred boyfriend he doesn’t. When senior librarian Mr (Sean) Miggles is accused of a serious crime, Toby works out who is worth fighting for and who isn’t. This Christmas romance was sweet and tender, although the criminal accusation was hard to stomach. The story is told from Toby’s bubbly POV so I connected with him a lot, but although I admired Sean, I never really got to know him - he was always a distant, self-contained character and calling him Mr Miggles most of the time added to the disconnect, it felt like a cutsie cat’s name! The hugely satisfying ending made it all worthwhile. Audio narrator Tristan Wright was so spot on with a really upbeat vibe that suited Toby to a tee.
