Very interesting.
While there's some fantastic information in here and it's reinvigorated my love for kettlebell training and changed the way I structure my programming, Pavel says the word "sissy" almost as often as he says "kettlebell" and complains about the apparent "feminization of men" which is really off-putting. If you can ignore the misogynistic meathead tough guy tone, there are some real gems to be found here. Definitely a must-listen for anyone interested in strength training.

Been doing this program for over 3 years.
I have the physical book and the kindle version and also this audio. I also have a Strongfirst certified kettlebell trainer to watch my technique. If it wasn’t for Pavel we probably wouldn’t know about kettlebells yet in the west. Respect!
