Less skeptical now than before
I'm not sure whether this actually works or if I want it to work so badly that I'm tricking myself into believing in it. Whatever the case may be, I noticed within days of sleeping to this recording that I was less "hangry" and wasn't feeling mournful over the foods I can't eat on this diet. I've lost 10 pounds because I've been more successful in this diet than I ever have before. Do I think this book is solely responsible for my weight loss? No way. But if this is contributing even a little, even as a placebo, then it's worth it!

I would have not awarded any stars but this is not possible to do !!!
I chose this book to help me get to sleep but it had the opposite effect !!!! After the first part where the narrator talked you to
sleep ( or NOT in my case )the rest of the audio book was composed of the most irritating
droning , monotonous " music "!!!!! I persevered for 2 nights but then
I thankfully returned it and was credited , thankyou audible

I bought this hoping it would work ! As I don't sleep well I have not heard it all the way through, nevertheless I believe I have chose the one that works YEAH.
When I shop I now pass by the food and chocolate, I now think more about how much sugar is in it this applies to all food. This works I am very happy
