Excellent deep dive into beer styles
This is an excellent book for those wanting to take a deep dive into various beer styles from around the world. The book is packed with information, from the history of each style, to current trends, with tips and tricks from brew masters renowned for each particular style.
The only disappointment, with 26 recipes to try, is that there is no accompanying PDF. You will need to write down each recipe, along with the tips and tricks, as you listen. Very tedious.
