This is my favorite meditation...It resonates absolute truth... Kim Eng talks and walks the feelings arising within form and the way she explains how to feel emotions/sensations from within, experience them ... let them just be .... for as long as they need to be ... in the space in which they reside. I’ve been putting emotions and feelings under a carpet for years....no more.... I’ve tried other meditations and they are pretty decent but this one really does work. Her (Kim Eng) wording is so spot on. I actually feel safe while experiencing these feelings. This meditation is effective and because it is effective I tend to not listen to any other meditations when it comes to feeling the feelings... well...hmmm... except for her partner... his meditations are wonderful as well. However, when it comes to feeling the feelings she gets my vote first. Thank you Kim Eng for this meditation.🙏🏾

This is a great meditation. Helps the listener to feel peaceful and connected. Kim Eng has a very good comforting voice.
