Great starting point for those seeking overall health.

This book is easy to understand and follow. It teaches the reader/listener, that health is not just a diet. Health is a lifestyle.

Taking care of oneself is not just about eating the 80/10/10 diet. It is also about getting enough sleep, exercise, being emotionally and mentally balanced as well as truly seeking out a better way to live, in order to achieve optimal health.

Following the 80% carbohydrates, 10% protein and 10% fat diet, is an ingenuous guideline to arrive at one's goal. In order to get there, a person can follow the advice, recommendations and clever way of designing one's life, as outlined in this book, to get to that goal easier.

The journey and lifetime way of living this way, can only serve to a better you. Following the 80/10/10 way of eating; a wholesome diet of fresh, good quality, ripe fruits and vegetables is easy and quite simple to follow. Some nuts and seeds are included as well.

Thanks to this well written, well researched book, which is full of sound and good advice, anyone person, from younger to older can get it right, if they are willing to put in the effort required.

This effort can result in weight loss, clear skin, better sleep, healthier oral health, better digestion and elimination, plus so much more.

A book worth listening to. Simply put, listen and then make up your mind. I doubt anyone would be wanting to dismiss it easily.
