Helpful, informative and very very useful.

I am very grateful for this book because I have tried a lot of books in this genre and this is the first one I actually liked. Mostly because it contained REALISTIC advice, all very neatly laid out and easy to follow.

My focus, self-discipline and productivity have increased and my stress decreased lately, which I put down to this book. Loved it.

There’s no dialogue

I don’t know what the hell everyone is talking about when they mention the “concept”.

For the first ; chapters it just talks about what hypnosis is and disclaiming liability for any accidents.

Chapters 5-7 is actual sleep hyponosis, but then for the last 3 hours it’s nothing.

I can only imagine how small the physical book must be because there is only about 10 full pages worth of dialogue. The rest is just stupid relaxing music that has nothing to do with procrastination.

Gutted I wasted a credit

Enjoyed insights and candid nature of this book

This was definitely helpful for me as I am guilty of procrastinating and leaving most tasks till the last minute. The book provides a lot of great methods on getting on with it and the author is very candid and doesn't hesitate to use a bit of choice language to get the point across (and to good effect).

The audio book isn't too long, was able to get through it in a few days (an hour and a bit each day), and I'd say the content is not just limited to methods on besting procrastination. The author also touches on study methods for students, ideas on how to better your business for business owners, and number of other subjects and topics.

This books a great aid for anyone in need of a little push towards fulfilling their potential by getting things done. 👍

An interesting listen

Saw an advert for this book and thought I would give it a try. Was a little dubious as I have several books in procrastination and productivity but this book was very different. Superb and thankfully PRACTICAL* advice

*makes a change from the usual "motivation" nonsense.

Great content, narration was too fast

This book contained a lot of great ideas, was easy to understand and helped put perspective into why I procrastinate. The biggest issue that I have is that the narrator sounded as if she was rushing and was hard to follow at times. With content that needs to be digested I felt that the pace was too quick. Nonetheless, I will listen to it again to get as much from it as I can. Do I recommend it? Yes.

Productivity

This is more a book about productivity rather than procrastination.
A lot of filler language and less getting to the point and lots of promises about solutions later in the book.
