Daily tasks make a difference!
I really enjoyed this book. I have been listening to the podcast for several years and the book just collates a lot of the wisdom from the podcast into easy digestible chunks. I have found the daily tasks have helped me to manage my home, although I am still not convinced laundry day works yet.

Great
Loved it. Lots of super simple but super practical advice.
Reason for 4 stars for the story is that a lot of the content is very similar to her other book, “Decluttering At The Speed Of Life.” However, I still found it to be very helpful, and any repetition just reinforced what I had learnt from that book.

Love, love, love this book!
As someone who gives zero Fs about cleaning and has a million better things to do than organise and clean my house, I freaking love this book.
It's realistic and recognises that most cleaning and organising books are written by people who love to clean and organise. Therefore those books are not very helpful for creative, sentimental people whose first reaction is to keep something that they don't know what to do with, rather than get rid of it.
So yup, if you feel like you're drowning in stuff and can never get on top of your housework, this is the book for you!

Simple, Practical, Non Judgemental
I found this book more concise than the podcast, great to focus on a chapter as needed or read the whole book. focuses a lot on mind set change and I found the mindset of the author similar to mine and how the most efficient way isn't always the most efficient way if you never do it.

Funny and so relatable
I put off buying this book for a while, thinking I can learn all I need to know from YouTube. But, Dana, this book is outstanding. Captured my attention from beginning to end. You are so funny. You normalise how so many people think and feel about the whole daunting housework saga. You’ve done an incredible job speaking the text, with humour, friendliness, drama… not to mention your gorgeous voice and accent. I would love to listen to you on other books that aren’t your own! I tried reading a few paragraphs that I’d found so funny in the audio - but when I read them, they didn’t have all your humorous dramatisation and it was just not the same! Highly recommend this book , especially as an audiobook - even if you know in theory how to keep your home in order… but not quite in practice. Thanks Dana. I’ll definitely be checking out your newest book.

The little voice in my head that helps me manage my home
I've listened to Dana's podcast for a long time now, and while the concepts in this book are those I've previously heard on her podcast, I love that I now have them all in one place. I listen to her coach me through my daily tasks and it motivates me to stay on top of the basics . It opens up so much more time, energy and life in our home when we're not dealing with daily chaos. Thanks so much Dana.
