When you let go, you live intuitively. Everything flows, because you are no longer attached to things being a certain way, to being a certain person or always being right. What a relief. The irony is that when you feel stuck in any area of your life - career, relationships, purpose, health or money - letting go can seem very hard. You cling on for dear life just at the moment you need to take the leap. In The Power of Letting Go, John Purkiss explains why we should let go and how we can do it, using proven techniques to make things happen.

Starting point
no one can love you if you do not love and trust yourself. you know your demons, so work at them. one step in front may be 3 paces back in another light; but only you can decide how far you've come. so read, listen, make note of the point and the quotes because they helped me understand that though I thought I was paving the way to a better life I was infact cementing it to hell with my toddler.
good luck everyone and note everyone takes something different out of most things. your perception would be much helpful to the next reader.
