Did you know that "stop smoking" is amongst the 10 most popular New Year's resolutions? But why do so many people fail? The reason is, as so often, in ourselves. We consciously know that smoking is injurious to health. But smoking is a subconscious reaction to different triggers and a habit that we have developed over a long time. According to medical studies the actual nicotine dependence is over after just one week of non smoking. But the habit stays and thoughts revolve around smoking permanently. This vicious circle can be broken with the powerful technique of hypnosis! The suggestions in this program will help you change the way you think about smoking. Get the necessary motivation for building a new healthy life-style without cigarettes and nicotine.

Many of the words used in this script contradict one another. So the will to stop smoking that is suggested doesn't work. Also some of the sentences she says are not finished. Like they went back to edit and cut off some parts by accident.
