SKIP THIS ONE
Judging from other reviews this book reviewed quite well, there is something dodgy going on here, there is no way this book deserves the high star ranking that it has got as it is so lacking in any practical information.....seems like it was written for a first grader, you'll regret buying it.

Great practical advice for the social introvert
Loved how Vanessa joined the dots between several existing frameworks and explained how to practically apply it all to everyday situations.
Being able to read others and use that to help you convey what you mean is truely the art of communication...and communication is the gateway to connections.
