If you could sum up Ancient Wisdom for Modern Health in three words, what would they be?

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Even though the book is based on ancient wisdom it really does make it doable in our modern world. The author makes it clear that being happy is more important than simply striving to be healthy, in fact the message is that to be truly healthy you need to include your emotional and spiritual health in addition to your physical health
