I struggle to get to sleep most nights, 5 or 10 minutes in and I am sound asleep 👏👏👏

Very good
Definitely helps me get to sleep especially when I’m stressed and anxious. It’s not a computer it’s a hypnosis technique, I have fallen asleep before the end every time. Thank you so much.

Slept like a long.
Some of the most stressful family news ever gave me plenty to worry about which I fully expected would emerge during the night.
My other sleep behaviour (Morning and Evening sunlight; avoiding Evening artificial light; early start of fast) was good and I decided I’d better try the hypnosis to release stress and get off to sleep. It sent me into a deep 8 hour sleep and I feel great this morning.
