Publisher's Summary

Confronting a gang of dangerous rebels is one thing. Falling for them is another.

You can’t turn on the news nowadays without getting bombarded by stories about the Rebels. They look so scary on TV - blowing things up, knocking things down, terrorizing the declining city of Corona, and making sure even the rubble doesn’t go unscathed.

My father is the reigning Arcane Master of Fire. Since he’s a prominent figure in both politics and magic, it only makes sense that my family is a target.

Still, I never expected to encounter a Rebel leader in person. I never imagined I’d be drawn to him, either. And I most definitely never dreamed I could lose my heart to them all.

The Rebels:

Ember: The leader

Sterling: The healer

Zephyr: The thinker

Rain: The dreamer

And Aurora is the heart of the group, pitted against her own family in this enthralling series.

Urban fantasy fans will adore this medium-burn reverse harem filled with action, intrigue, and magic. If you like RH with adult heroines, spellbinding action, and immersive world-building, download the first book in the five-book Arcane Rebels series today.

AMAZING

This is one of the few books I can reread with as much excitement as I possessed when I first listened to this book. This is based in an idealistic world where magic is formed through a substance created by the life force contained in the world. This substance is called Arcane, originally collected through 'the great machine' which would siphon it out of the earth and into a vile to be collected to create another Arcane master. However, greed is a factor that is well known when it comes to power, greed that - in this case - can consume and kill. This is an awesome book whether you read it or listen to it as an audiobook as I have. The narration is awesome and definitely gives the characters a personality that I wouldn't have thought of when reading. If you have read the blurb to this book and think you will like it, I definitely recommend you give it a go.

Inappropriate for certain audiences!

Story is interesting but sexual references are crass and explicit ... wish I knew this before letting my teenage daughter listen to it. I returned it before listening to the whole thing so can’t attest to overall quality of plot and story ... I can only warn people it may not be appropriate for certain audiences.
