Brilliant.
Loved this book for every possible reason to love a book. Apart from all else, the narration was perfect.

Brilliant
Very good story, David Nicholls has a brilliant dry sense of humour and a vast vocabulary.

Wry and honest portrayal of a marriage
A touching portrayal of a marriage that has for one of the partners "run its course" this is a story full of love. The wry observations of the husband who tells the story are so sad but also so humorous- great character insights written with deadpan delivery . I thought this was very well narrated and I enjoyed listening to the book very much.
