A fun period tale

After having listened to an audio book with a truly spectacular narrator I’d been worried that other books would end up disappointing... This one was good. The narrator was good at creating voices for different characters. The story wasn’t bad. It certainly kept me listening and curious about what was going to happen next. A light period tale with some real historical characters thrown into the mix. Definitely recommend.
