Publisher's Summary
Life is in two parts: who you were before you met her and who you are after.
A documentary crew discover a mysterious young woman living alone in the mountains of West Cork. Strikingly beautiful, she has an extraordinary talent for mimicry, like the famous Australian lyrebird.
The crew, fascinated, make her the subject of their story and bestow the nickname upon her. When they leave they take Lyrebird with them back to the city. But as she leaves behind her peaceful life to learn about a new world, is she also leaving behind a part of herself?
For her new friend, Solomon, the answer isn't clear. When you find a rare and precious thing, should you share it - or protect it?
An intriguing and remarkable love story, Lyrebird will cement Cecelia Ahern's reputation as a writer of extraordinary talent.

I need more stars!!
Would you consider the audio edition of Lyrebird to be better than the print version?
I would give it 10 stars if I could. This was magical. The story just flowed so beautifully that I couldn't put it down.
What other book might you compare Lyrebird to, and why?
There is no other. The concept was unique.
What about Aoife McMahon’s performance did you like?
Everything about her performance matched the magic of the story. Her beautiful accent was a pleasure to listen to.
Any additional comments?
Now I'm hoping that her other books are as good as I have never read this author.

A very well told narrative.
As with all her stories, a beautifully written story with a little mystery and romance. This is very well read with different voices that contribute to the way the story is told. I really enjoyed this book.

I don't believe this is an Ahern.
Poorly written. I can't believe it's a Cecelia Ahern novel. I've read all of her novels and have never been disappointed until now. The characters were poorly written, inconsistent and unlikable. The storyline was flawed and littered with plot holes.
