How to guide for obxinious telemarketers
Couldn't get past first 10 minutes. Kept getting flashbacks to super annoying telemarketers and sales people stopping me in the shopping centre trying to sell me stuff I don't need and who won't take no for an answer.
The book does provide guidance to trapping people into conversations with well crafted questions but surely we should aim for more than that in society?
Please find a better way to engage with potential customers.

Sounds like a pitch for a pyramid scheme style selling. Sounds like an old amway tape from early 90’s I picked up in an op shop once.

Straight to the point
Phil always gets straight to the point. In this book he gives you 18 phrases to help you close that sale or convince your client to commit.
I found these phrases helpful but I must admit that for some of them I would love some further examples or applications. As Phil says in his conclusion it’s about practicing and through your own experience you will develop a feel for what is right and when it is right and when it is not. Only experience can teach you that - this is just a guide to get you started.
