Publisher's Summary

Christine was eating into his mind, burrowing into his unconscious. Christine, blood red, fat, and finned, was 20. Her promise lay all in her past. Greedy and big, she was Arnie's obsession, a '58 Plymouth Fury. Broken down but not finished.

There was still power in her - a frightening power that leaked like sump oil, staining and corrupting. A malign power that corroded the mind and turned ownership into possession.

Great story, well read

As a recently converted Stephen King fan 'Christine' is a story I've wanted to get into for a while and this audiobook was an awesome companion to have in my car.
Holter Graham's narration is terrific, giving distinct, expressive voices to the different characters including one particular character who changes quite significantly throughout the book.
While not an overly scary book, it's definitely creepy until the last word and it's great if, like me, you're a rather slow reader but want to get through a thoroughly entertaining story.

Loved it! couldn't stop listening.

Loved it... great narrator and riveting story. I love Stephen King stories. The relatable characters and the clever one liners. Also in all of his books the way he describes thoughts, situations makes them so believable, even when you hope that there is no way they can be true... makes it so intriguing and exciting. Onto the next Stephen King audiobook.

Revisited in audiobook - loved it!

Fantastic narration of a classic and compelling story. Didn’t want it to end. Such vivid and engaging reading. I remember reading this as a novel around age 16 and now revisiting 33 years later!

glorious read, amazing characters and world building, mundane town life to show as contrast to the building horror. might be a new favorite of mine.
