Robert, Anthea, Jane, Cyril and the Lamb are on holiday at the White House, a beautiful place on the edge of a hill with a chalk quarry one side and a gravel-pit on the other. Kids enjoyed
Performance was good. Sometimes a bit raspy voice. Kids are 12, 10 and 9 and all enjoyed the story.

Fantastic
I loved the narrators voice. She captured the story well. Was hooked from the beggining.

ok not great
old fashioned but ok. the author could have been much more creative with the wishes. I know it was supposed to teach you that wishes don't work- but their inept wishing just made me frustrated.

Not the great E Nesbit quality I'm used to.
A real disappointment. Clearly why I've never bothered with this story before. I didn't miss anything!
