Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki are both concerned. Their concern is that the rich are getting richer, but America is getting poorer. The entitlement mentality is epidemic, creating people who expect their country, employer, or family to take care of them. And like the polar ice caps, the middle class is disappearing. America is becoming a two-class society, and soon you will be either rich or poor. Trump and Kiyosaki want you to be rich.

Story
Many Americans dream of financial freedom, but they're stuck in dead-end jobs and don't know how to get there. You don't need to be one of them. If you invested $35,000 in the stock market today, it could take 52 years for that investment to grow to $1 million. But if you invested that same amount into one single-family $140,000 rental property, it would only take 19 years. With just two rental properties, you could generate $417,000 in profit in just 10 years. Skeptical?

This is an updated version of the book that accurately predicted the global stock market crash of 2008, the bursting of the real estate bubble, and Ben Bernanke's unprecedented overreaction via quantitative easing programs. First published in 2008, the book quickly became a best seller not just for its timely insight into precious metals investment but for its amazingly accurate prediction of a "roller-coaster crash" - the manipulated whipsaw between inflation, deflation, and back again.

Publisher's Summary
If you don't plan on working hard all your life... this book is for you. If you're ready to retire (or want to retire early enough to enjoy your retirement years) you can learn from Robert's story of how he and his wife Kim started with nothing and "retired" - financially free - in less than 10 years. This book makes the case for how a context shift in the way we think about money and investing allows us to see opportunities others miss and create the life you deserve.

an Important Piece of Puzzle
I have completed 8 Books of Kiyosaki by this stage. And this book by far the most valuable in term of stretching your thinking to whole new possibilities of thinking rich. It gives you a peek into the world of abundance. And the story is really amusing to listen to.

reading this book will not make you retire early
reading this book will not make you retire rich or retire earlier. Reading and buying the book will make the author retire earlier and rich.
the author is a fantastic story teller, positive thinker. patenting Rich Dad and Poor Dad made millions for the author
Imagine, if you have a rich Dad, you will be rich because of inheritance. If you have a poor dad, you have to be smart to get rich. If you have a rich Dad, you can retire anytime, so what is the point of the book.
however, it is entertaining reading. it repeats many points in his other books. so no need to buy his other books

I really enjoyed the book but it's all about mentality and changing your point of view and unlearning what you were taught at school or was not taught at school. Not very practical but it does cover the main areas to financial wealth. reccomend just not highly
