Fond memories dashed

This and The Moon’s a Balloon are my all time favourite autobiographies. I purchased both Audible versions presuming I could enjoy them once again, many years on. I was most disappointed to find they were both abridged versions of less than three hours each and contained very few of David Niven’s funniest anecdotes. If you want to read the best autobiographies ever written, sadly you’ll need the paper version.
