Best entrepreneurial book i've ever read. no joke

What did you like most about Anything You Want?

I've listened to this book 3 times. It's the best business book for creative people who just want to do good things and don't give a shit about the entire business world - but end up creating within the business world. It's fantastic. I'd like to meet Derek and have a cup of tea. Very well narrated and each lesson/story is just a beautiful insight into his world and how CD baby grew, but the values that he stood by throughout the process.

So much heart and soul!!!

Ryan's best book yet!

What made the experience of listening to Perennial Seller the most enjoyable?

I've listened to most of his work, this is the clearest and best book yet. Highly recommend for a beautiful insight into the deeper world of what makes good art/business successful.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yep. pretty much listened to it in 1 go.

It's a great story and insight

Great story and insight into Tony's world and the two main businesses. Really enjoyed the story and takeaways. Well worth a read.

I guess the main thing that I was a bit bummed about is that he only barely touched on happiness and the concept of purpose within business and kind of at the very end.

However there were lots of great moments throughout the book and I would recommend to anyone interested.

First half was great. Second half not as much

The narrator was pretty good, although I much prefer the actual writer reading the book.

I've wanted to read the book for a while and found the first half really good, but it quickly turned into a real estate investor book that just kind of kept repeating itself. Some good takeaways and worth a listen, but didn't blow me away.

The great Zig

Couldn't stop listening once I got used to his southern voice. Now I'm addicted to his books.

Timeless advice.

One of my favourite Godin books

Small is definitely the new big and this book nails it on the head. Worth the listen more than once.

And narrated by Seth as always, shut up and take my money.

One of Seth's best!

As someone who has always been the odd one out, and the quirky ideas man in a business, I loved the concept behind this book. Great philosophy and approach to standing out and being great at what you do.

And once again a brilliant piece by Seth, in his own words and voice!
